Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Malaprabha Tours & Travels, we strive to provide reliable and transparent travel services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms related to booking cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.

Airport Transfers / Local Rides:

  • Cancellations made at least 12 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund (if prepaid).
  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of pickup may incur a cancellation fee up to 50% of the booking amount.

Outstation Rentals / Tour Packages:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the trip are eligible for a full refund (if prepaid).
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip will incur a cancellation fee up to 50%.

Wedding Cars / Special Event Bookings:

  • Advance booking amounts are non-refundable due to prior arrangements and vehicle blocking.
  • However, bookings may be rescheduled (subject to availability).

In rare cases where Malaprabha Tours & Travels needs to cancel a booking (due to unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, or natural calamities), we will:

  • Offer an alternative vehicle/service where possible, or
  • Provide a 100% refund of the advance amount paid.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, card, wallet) within 7–10 business days.
  • In case of delays, please contact your bank/payment provider, as processing times may vary.

If the customer fails to show up at the pickup location without informing us in advance, the booking amount (if prepaid) will be non-refundable.

  • Customers may request rescheduling (date/time) at least 12 hours before pickup.
  • Rescheduling is subject to vehicle availability.
  • Any fare differences (if applicable) must be paid.
