We provide a free waiting period (varies by service). After this, nominal waiting charges apply as per our tariff. Our team will inform you about applicable waiting charges before your trip.
Don’t worry! We actively monitor flight and train schedules. Your driver’s pickup time will be adjusted accordingly to avoid inconvenience.
Additional waiting charges may apply if the delay is beyond our buffer period.
We accept Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer, and online payments via Razorpay (Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, UPI).
Yes. We offer both one-way and round-trip packages. Round-trips include return journey and waiting flexibility at your destination.
Yes. All our vehicles are regularly cleaned, sanitized, and well-maintained. Drivers follow hygiene and safety protocols for a comfortable experience.

Yes. All our trips include professional drivers experienced in both local and long-distance routes.
Yes. We provide customized packages for weddings, conferences, and corporate travel. For bulk or long-term bookings, special pricing is available.
Driver bata (daily allowance) varies based on the type of trip, duration, and day/night travel.
- Local trips: Usually a fixed daily bata.
- Outstation trips: Bata may differ depending on overnight stays or late-night travel.
Exact bata details are shared at the time of booking.
No, toll, parking fees, and interstate taxes are excluded from the base fare unless mentioned otherwise. These charges are payable as per actuals during or after the trip.
If you cancel within the free cancellation period, you’ll get a full refund. After that, nominal cancellation charges may apply. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy page for complete details.
Yes. We provide invoices for every booking. Corporate clients can request GST invoices if required.
