  • All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.

Booking & Payment

  • Bookings can be made through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or email.
  • Advance payment may be required to confirm certain services (e.g., outstation trips, wedding cars, tour packages).
  • Payments can be made via UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, or other options available through our payment gateway.

Pricing

  • Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include base fares.
  • Additional charges such as tolls, parking, interstate permits, and driver allowances (if any) will be payable by the customer.
  • We reserve the right to revise fares without prior notice. Confirmed bookings will not be affected by such changes.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate booking details (pickup, drop, date, time, number of passengers).
  • Ensure compliance with traffic rules and safety regulations while traveling.
  • Avoid any damage to the vehicle. Customers are liable for the cost of damages caused by negligence or misconduct.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Our Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all cancellations, refunds, and reschedules.
  • Customers are advised to review the policy before booking.

Liability

  • While we strive to provide timely and safe services, Malaprabha Tours & Travels is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by:
  • Natural calamities, accidents, traffic, strikes, or government restrictions
  • Flight/train delays or cancellations
  • Any circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Disputes & Jurisdiction
